6) Installation points

The latter person pulls the drawstring of the mouthpiece machine so that it follows the person and bites the roof panel tightly.
7) Retest after installation After the installation of the aluminum roof panel is completed, the performance of the installed metal roof panel is tested to ensure the waterproof and wind resistance performance of the metal roof panel.
Types of Aluminum Roofing
Corrugated aluminum alloy roof
Corrugated aluminum roofing shall meet the following requirements:
a) Where the corrugated pitch is between 65 mm and 80 mm and the depth of corrugation is 19 mm ± 1 mm, the thickness of the sheet shall be not less than 0.7 mm and the maximum purlin spacing measured from center to center shall be 1.2 m for 0.7 mm sheets;

Where aluminum roofs in the form of flat sheets are laid on decks, the following requirements shall be met:
a) If the roof is a single-ply weatherproof covering, the minimum thickness of the sheet shall be 0.5 mm;
b) The decking shall be continuous and shall comply with the requirements of Section 12 (c), except that the lumber may be unwrought and butt-jointed.
Aluminum foil combination roof covering
Aluminum foil shall meet the following requirements when used as a combination roof covering over a continuous concrete or wood plank deck:
a) When such foil is used as a single layer covering for asphalt felt combination roof coverings, or when such foil is used as a combination roof covering for continuous layers, the thickness of the foil shall be not less than 0.05 mm and not more than 0.1 mm;
b) When such foil is used as a single-ply covering over asphalt felt on concrete roofs or boarded decks, the thickness of the foil shall be not less than 0.08 mm and not more than 0.1 mm;
c) The foil shall be embossed to ensure good adhesion and to allow for expansion;
d) Decking shall conform to the requirements of Clause 12 (c) or, in the case of shell-type concrete roofs, shall be rolled with steel to a smooth surface after its initial set has been achieved;
e) When laid on a flat deck without asphalt felt, the foil shall be laid in a shingle pattern of at least two thicknesses using an approved grade of hot asphalt or cold binder;
f) When the foil is laid on a shell roof, an approved cold adhesive shall be used. Where only a single thickness of foil is required, there shall be a minimum lap of 100 mm at any joint.
